December Has Us Like...

I don't know about you, but we have welcomed December with open arms here at the Harringtons! There are piles of hats, scarves, mittens and gloves all around. There are holiday songs being sung and Christmas movies being watched. Oh how I love it all!!!

We are all bundling up...

Rian wanted to wear this elf hat so bad, but it was just too small for her head.

Christmas presents are being wrapped...

Holiday get-togethers are being had... (These girls are the best!!!)

And Ralphie is busy, well being Ralphie. This year instead of moving around at night and getting into mischief (like he has in the past), he has been leaving messages and activities on a chalkboard for the kids. I like that he is wearing the scarf we made him last Christmas.
(You can check out his past adventures here: 2015 pt1, 2015 pt2, 2015 pt3, 2015 pt4, 2014 pt1, 2014 pt2, 2014 pt3, 2014 pt4, 2013 pt1, 2013 pt2, 2103 pt3.)

12.1: Rory came home from school to find that not only had Ralphie arrived, but he had a great idea!

Gingerbread and sugar cookies

12.2: Whenever Rian sees Christmas lights on a house, she says the house sparkles!

My very own Sparky and Rusty.

12.3: Since the kids didn't have time to decorate their cookies, Ralphie thought it was time to finish them up.

Ralphie must've used the light garland to climb into the cupboard to get the sprinkles out. Rory thought this was so funny!

Randy and I got in on the decorating action too. I decorated ornaments, reindeer and a tree. Where are Randy's cookies you ask? Well he ate them as he decorated them!!! Haha!

12.4: It's been chilly and hot chocolate was exactly what the kiddos needed!

12.5: Haha!

Rian's Rudolph nose didn't fit her tiny nose so she had to use hers from last year.

(Playing reindeer games!)

12.6: Visiting Santa is on next week's to-do-list, so I guess Ralphie wanted to make sure the kids were ready.

Rian wrote Dear Santa with my help, but decided that adding her signature rainbow swirls was more fun!

And I'm pretty sure that Rory left some of his letter blank just in case he finds another must have before next week. I love how he put the toys under his Christmas tree!

As always, thanks for visiting HOH!!! Until next time...
