I know this post is way overdue, but life has been a rollercoaster these last few months with unexpected challenges. Now that we have found our new normal and have adjusted to new routines, I finally got around to putting together a highlight reel from the last few months. So for those of you who have been asking I hope you have a few hours to spare, because this one is a long one!
January's raining days had the kids asking to go puddle-jumping...
...Rory played his second season of soccer...
...A visit from my parents meant a trip to the Lego store and a lunch date...
...A couple of trips to the doctors - one for the kids' wellness check ups, another for a bruised tendon (that somebody nursed for way too long)...
...Another lost tooth, makes 3...
...And this girl! When everyone sees this-
-I see this! Look out world...
...Rian is OBSESSED with Frozen and your rendition of Let It Go in her presence will be quickly shut down by her...
...baby dolls, baby dolls, baby dolls...
...When you run out of walls and floors to color on, you start to color on yourself...
...These goofballs...
...Rory is doing so well at school. Just one of my favorite assignments he completed...
...He received Student "Explorer" of the Month for the month of March. We are so proud of him! The school hosted a breakfast for us and had a presentation...
...Thanks Nama and Papa for the Legos...
...And then there's her fashion. She has quite the opinion of what she is going to wear for the day. But no matter what, she rocks her outfit choices!...
...We took the kids to see Zootopia. It's a really cute movie and the kids loved it! Two thumbs up for sure. The movie theater has a photo booth and a cotton candy machine, and we couldn't end our family fun night without hitting up both of them...
...We've been throwing around the idea of camping for a while now, and decided to take the kids to a RV show. The kids had no trouble making themselves at home in each and every camper we checked out...
...Rory has taken up golf in the few weeks and he loves it. He takes it very seriously and is learning not only about the game, but the etiquette that goes along with it. And as for Rian, we're just trying to keep her out of everyone's back swing and from slamming my clubs into the ground...
Thanks for stopping by. I'll be back in a few days with our Spring Break adventures. Until then, I hope everyone enjoys their upcoming weekend!
xoxo
